Distilled from blackstrap molasses, Sunbird Rum is one of our cornerstone spirits. Mildly sweet and slightly funky, it works wonderfully in many cocktails. Gently aged, it can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Re-distilled with botanicals, it becomes the base for our Sasha Gin.
Sasha is our take on a classic gin. Hints of juniper meld beautifully with fresh citrus peel and a hint of cardamom and lavender for a surprising finish. It’s perfection in cocktail form.
Our Malt Whiskey is a rye-forward whiskey, brewed with malted rye, malted barley and corn. We age it in seasoned oak barrels to get just the right blend of toasted notes, caramel sweetness, and rye spiciness. It’s perfect for sipping neat, as part of a flight, or in a hand-crafted cocktail!
Our Bourbon Whiskey is a bourbon-lovers dream. Brewed with corn, malted rye and malted barley and aged in small-batch oak barrels. It’s smooth and rich, with notes of chocolate, vanilla, fruit and a hint of leather. Try it neat, or let us make your new favorite cocktail with it!
Aged in locally crafted barrels made of seasoned oak, our Barrel Aged Rum is truly a special spirit! The toasty, woody notes from the barrel shine through, so that it sips almost like a whiskey, with just a hint of the sugar and molasses underneath. We love it in a Smoked Old Fashioned or Manhattan as well. Come and taste why it’s one of our favorites!
